Here are a few simple tips to help you get the most out of your session:
Create a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down and won’t be interrupted.
Use headphones or earbuds to fully immerse yourself in the guided experience and healing music.
Have an eye mask or soft covering to gently rest over your eyes and minimize distractions.
Keep a journal and pen nearby to capture any reflections, insights, or emotions that arise afterward.
Avoid a heavy meal at least 30 minutes before the session, and have water nearby to rehydrate afterward.
If possible, allow yourself time after the session to rest, journal, or simply integrate the experience.
